Coaching often focuses on increasing leadership effectiveness, improving self-awareness and self-management, strengthening relationships, supporting career development, and successfully transitioning into or out of a role.
Engagements are typically offered in four-, six-, or twelve-month formats, with sessions generally held twice each month.
This cadence allows for frequent enough support and focus to create and maintain new habits and behaviors.
