That belief sits at the center of Shelley’s work with coaches. She partners with those pursuing an ICF credential, ACC coaches renewing their credential, ACC coaches advancing toward PCC, and PCC coaches committed to continued growth and refinement.
Through mentor coaching, Shelley helps coaches strengthen their practice, deepen their self-awareness, and continue evolving in ways that are both meaningful and rigorous. The work is grounded in lifelong learning, real development, and a genuine commitment to elevating the profession of coaching.
One-on-One Mentor Coaching
Coaches meet one-on-one with Shelley to focus on the core competencies or other areas of coaching the client desires.
These sessions are one hour in length and can be purchased in packages of one, five, or ten sessions.
Group Mentor
Coaching
Up to 10 coaches meet as a group with Shelley as the mentor coach.
These sessions are 75 minutes long and are offered in packages of six or more sessions.
Mentor Coaching with a Recording Review
These one-on-one mentor sessions focus on a recorded coaching session.
Coaches send Shelley a recording and transcript in advance, allowing for a more focused and detailed discussion. Sessions are available in one- or two-session packages.
ICF Recording
Assessor
Shelley is a trained and certified ICF assessor. This allows her to evaluate and assess recordings and transcripts of coaching sessions as required by the ICF. Shelley is certified to assess at both the ACC and PCC level.
